• Establishes good working relationships with the Governing Body, the local authority and other agencies.
• Has previous experience as a school business manager andexpertise in budget management, account reconciliation and financial management systems and software.
• Has previous experience of managing staff pay roll and facilitating financial audits.
• Has previous experience of leading Health and Safety.
• Has previous experience of vetting staff, managing staff files and managing a Single Central Record.
• Works carefully in line with Data Protection and Cyber Safety considerations.
• Is committed to the safeguarding of children, the protection of their welfare and well-being, and to the pursuit of excellent child outcomes.
