The role – Master Data Manager:
• Take responsibility for the Master Data handling, governance, and quality within SAP.
• Complete GAP analysis across markets to ensure consistency, completeness, quality and integrity of critical aspects with the master data management.
• Lead the implementation and management of MDM Processes & Quality tools and technologies.
• Training is developed and delivered to the end-user community.
• Projects related to in-take of work from other Ipsen affiliates are appropriately managed and executed.
• Ensure that data quality KPIs and SLA are in place to measure the Master Data Management Process, Data Quality and Service
• Build and lead a team of master data stewards, analysts, and specialists.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management to all team members.
• Foster a culture of data stewardship and continuous improvement within the team.
• Organise Team and individual meetings as required to operate effectively.
• Perform assigned tasks whilst, at all times, adhering to current GMP requirements (e.g. Annex 1 of EU GMP) for sterile medicinal products
What our client is looking for in a Master Data Manager:
• Significant proven experience in a Master Data Management role - ESSENTIAL
• Educated to Degree level in Information Management, Computer Science or Business - DESIRABLE
• SAP ECC/ SAP S/4HANA Master data/data management experience - ESSENTIAL
• S4 Material Master / S4 Business Partner Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
