Full Job Description
EXPERIENCE
The Minister of Religion duties include preaching and teaching, visiting families, counselling, conducting marriages, burial, baptism, teaching, preaching, baby dedication, housewarming, serving Lord’s supper, planning and setting up goals, engage in prayer and fasting with a view to build spiritual covering for congregants and the community.
Assist the Senior Pastor where possible during or after church ministration, organise meeting and conferences, recruitment and training, H.R administration and administrative duties, liaising with government and public agencies and offices, leading church worship services.
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
· Ilford. Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
The Minister should hold a postgraduate qualification in Theology.
Knowledge and understanding of RCCG doctrines
Ability to minister to a predominant West African congregation will be an added advantage.
Must have IT skills in Word and Excel.
Must hold UK driving Licen
