Job Description
The opportunity to deliver a key role within Glasgow City Council’s Property and Consulting Services department.
The post holder will work within a team involved in the cost and contract administration duties for projects for various Glasgow City Council services. The role includes assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and contract negotiation and administration of construction contracts under the guidance of the Assistant Group Manager. You will work on projects from feasibility stage, through design , construction, commission and handover.
Minimum of HND level in Quantity Surveying.
