Great Moor Junior School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our caring, friendly and forward thinking school.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside our staff team providing learning support and behaviour management to individual children within an inclusive environment.
This is a fixed term post for two terms starting from 6th January 2025 (or sooner if possible) to 31st August 2025 30 hours a week term time only (including lunchtime duties).
We are looking for someone who:
Is creative and has a passion for working with children with special educational needs/behavioural difficulties
Is confident in delivering a firm but fair approach
Is empathetic, patient and uses their initiative when working with children
Is flexible and has experience of working with KS2 children.
