Job Overview:
As the Business Development Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our services and enhancing our reputation in the care sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services while driving business growth through strategic planning and relationship building. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase market share.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of our care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Lead and motivate a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key partners in the healthcare industry.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are being delivered.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, and implement changes to enhance client satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report on key performance indicators.
Ensure all staff receive appropriate training and development to maintain high standards of care delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Care Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager in the healthcare or care services sector.
Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the care industry.
Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or a related field.
