Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The Minster School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced School Business Manager to support and take a leading role in the school regarding finance, HR, premises and health and safety.
They will act as direct line manager for a number of administrative, premises and finance staff; support the leadership team with strategic decision making; work alongside the Trust to ensure compliance with Trust requirements; work as a team with relevant tendering processes with external service contracts; and act as the school’s Data Protection Officer. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting and contributing to our school ethos of Succeeding Together and the values of Wisdom, Optimism, Resilience, Kindness and Service.
They will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial or business management environment; experience leading a team; be excellent at prioritisation; and coping effectively with the pressures of a demanding role including short, medium and long term strategic planning.
