Summary
A Live in Nanny-Housekeeper is needed in Canterbury, Kent to help a lovely family in maintaining a clean and organised household whilst caring for their charming toddler and school-aged child. They seek someone warm, energetic, and patient who can help to keep their home clean and tidy. The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the family.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, approximately 50 hours per week
Accommodation: Own double bedroom - ensuite
Duties include:
Responsible for the safety, wellbeing, care and development of the children
Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Tidying up children's bedrooms and play areas
Playing with the children and taking them to the park
Reading to and playing with the children
Implementing daily routines
Planning activities, organising nice daily learning opportunities
Taking the children to and from school, activities, and various appointments
Report important school messages to the parents and give feedback about the children's care
Maintaining a clean family home
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs and showers
Deep cleaning the kitchen
Washing clothes
Unloading the laundry and organising the clothes
Ironing
Making up the beds and changing the linens
Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
They are looking for someone to hire on the 1st of December 2024 and are happy to meet lovely candidates.
