Summary


The expectation of the role is that you would be out and about on the in-patient site, completing audits, checking stock levels and monitoring performance. As a Site Supervisor you will be expected to effectively line manage staff on a daily basis, you will assist with the co-ordinating of staff around the site when and in the event of staff sickness, training etc.

You will also be required to maintain stocks and utilise the system for the replenishment of stocks.

You will be expected to use the trust Maps system which is for the recording of hours and annual leave for the team of staff you manage.

You will be expected to answer the telephone and emails within the site management team office to assist the whole site with any queries.
• Line Manage House keeping staff, including training requirements, sickness, annual leave and cover, recruitment, wellbeing
• Point of contact for any site management request. including showing external contractors around the site.
• Attend and rectify audit request
• Meeting Service Managers Acutely unwell patients and Family Members Site will vary between in-patient Out-patient and Office areas
• Able to visit and navigate around all multi-floored sites
• Occasionally assist with cleaning duties when necessary
• Support all staff under your remit both emotionally and respectfully.
• Maintain confidentiality around staff sensitivities
