Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hard working General Operative to join a reputable company with a supportive team environment and opportunities for career growth. If you’re motivated and looking for a role with variety, this could be the perfect fit!
Position Details:
• Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm. Early finish on Friday at 2pm.
• Overtime: Available
• Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks
• Manage and organize stock, including loading and unloading deliveries
• Operate basic machinery and equipment as required
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all health and safety protocols
• Support other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Candidate Requirements:
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
