Interim SEN Manager needed in East London
The rate is £269.94 per day PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1396578
The successful candidate will that the SEN team meets the statutory 20-week timescale for completing EHC needs assessments and issuing EHCPs, as well as meeting deadlines for annual reviews.
Leadership and Management: Provide day-to-day management and leadership to the SEN team, ensuring that staff are supported, workloads are balanced, and that performance is monitored effectively.
Service Improvement: Drive service improvements, ensuring that processes are efficient, timely, and in line with statutory duties and best practice.
