Job Overview:
The Rhema Pentecostal Church-UK is currently looking for an effective and dedicated Minister of Religion who will work with the church/community, to address the needs of young adults and opportunities for growing as Christian disciples. The young minister will be directly responsible to the Senior Pastor/designate.

Lifestyle Expectations:
 Confess faith in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ (Yeshua HaMashiach) and have intimate relationship with Him.
 Endeavour to grow spiritually and professionally through reading, listening to training resources, taking classes and attending conferences and seminars.
 To personally pursue a maturing relationship with Yeshua HaMashiach and to set a Christlike example in words and actions for the young adults in both the church and the community.

Job Summary:
1. To provide support and act as a bridge between the Young Adults and the community.
2. To offer a spiritual setting for personal Young Adults growth and to help them to discover their passion and purpose in life and in Christ Jesus.
3. To motivate Young Adults to interact on a meaningful level for their voice be heard within our society.
4. To do other duties assign by the bishop or his designate.

Communication:
 Participate in staff and board meetings, providing up-to-date information about the ministry.
 Keep the Senior Pastor/designate thoroughly informed of staff accomplishments, concerns and plans.
 Maintain excellent relationships and open communication with all staff and members.

Advantageous Skills:
 Spirit filled believer
 Pastoral ordination and training.
 Knowledge in computer technology.
 Evidence in theological studies
