Our global manufacturing client is looking to add a Quotations Estimator to their Tendering team. This is an exciting opportunity with a strong pay and benefits package, backed up by excellent support. They also have a work-life balance friendly hybrid model in place.

This person will support the tendering/proposals team by collaborating with cross-functional teams and will assist in developing proposals that align with client needs and the company's business strategy.

There will be key involvement in the following areas:

Tender Coordination

  • Assist in preparing tender packages.
  • Help prepare proposals with necessary documentation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders from different locations.

Project Execution Plan & Schedule

  • Support in gathering information from teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to help plan project execution.

Costing

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates using internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Support in gathering data for product cost bench-marking.

Candidate Profile

  • You thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • You are excited about problem-solving and improving processes.
  • You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines (e.g., Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain) from various global locations.
  • You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Some experience in a quotations/estimating, sales support, engineering, or project-related work is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a global team.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like SAP or similar systems would be advantageous.
