Crynodeb
Clinical Responsibilities 1. Assist in the provision of patient care in accordance with the care plan prescribed by registered nurses. Examples of duties include delivery of hygiene, nutrition and hydration, continence care, pressure area care, mobility and psychological support. Document all care given and sign to confirm care provided. 2. Assist in the taking of patients observations as appropriate to the level of knowledge, skill and competence achieved. Record these in accordance with Trust and local policies. 3. Assist health care professionals with treatment and carry out additional care roles under supervision and as determined by the levels of competence achieved. 4. Report changes to patients condition or health status to registered nurses. Please see attached JD/PS
