An exciting opportunity as arisen to join the Rehabilitation Assistant team. Magnolia Lodge are seeking enthusiastic caring and compassionate applicants to expand the existing team. Working as a Rehabilitation Assistant; you will work under the guidance of the inter-disciplinary team (IDT) to contribute to the delivery of services based within Tickhill Road Hospital (TRH). Applications are welcomed from individuals who are interested in developing skills in rehabilitation, whilst providing a high quality, flexible patient centred service.

RDaSH are offering this post along side the opportunity for you to complete an apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role]. As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.

Whether you already work for us or are joining the Trust and NHS for the first time, apprenticeships can help you to develop the skills, knowledge and know-how in order to embark on a successful and fulfilling career within the health service.

Magnolia Lodge provides neurological rehabilitation and as the unique opportunity to work alongside an established multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapist, Occupational therapist, Speech and Language Therapists, Dieticians, Psychologists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Specialists Nurses in neurological rehabilitation and a Consultant in Neurological rehabilitation.

We welcome applicants of all experiences that are able to demonstrate flexibility, compassion, commitment to working with people with complex and challenging needs using a creative and adaptable approach to meeting individual needs as an active member of an interdisciplinary team in delivering high quality patient centred care.
