We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced marketer to join our Corporate Communications and Marketing team. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be promoting services and projects that benefit the people of Conwy County.

Based in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, with flexible home working options, you will be part of the wider People and Performance team, collaborating with colleagues from across Conwy County Borough Council.

Imagine yourself taking charge of diverse marketing campaigns and projects. One day, you could be crafting inspiring stories to attract new Foster parents, and the next, you might be creating stunning video content in one of the county’s beautiful parks.

Your role will involve researching and producing engaging and accurate content our website(s) and social media channels. You will also play a key role in delivering our Communications Strategy.

To thrive in this role, you will have excellent copywriting, content creation, interpersonal, presentational, and communication skills. With a proven track record and current experience in marketing disciplines, your experience and ability to work across a range of subjects, will be essential.

As a sociable person, you will also excel in building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders, building great networks for collaboration and partnership working.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
