Crynodeb
We are willing to support anyone who is interested in working in Residential Child Care. That is providing you have lived in the UK for at least the last 3 years. Eligibility is unemployed/employed and a self referral. Prior to the application being processed, we invite you to join our 8 week Bootcamp, which will involve blended learning and work experience towards the end of the course, with a view of an interview and a placement. We will also get you a funded Enhanced DBS check.
Job Duties involved:-
Support and manage vulnerable young people, to include managing risk and risk behaviours.
In house duties such as domestic roles
Paperwork to include care plans, risk assessments and daily tasks.
Training provided for the right, suitable individual
