Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide critical support in analyzing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and assisting in the decision-making process. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and proficiency in data analysis tools. Responsibilities:

Provide frontline technical support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues that affect business operations. Coordinate with IT teams to fix system outages and implement preventive solutions.
Perform regular maintenance on business software and hardware, ensuring updates and patches are applied.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Work with business teams to understand their processes and suggest how IT systems can enhance efficiency.
Provide recommendations on software or tools that could improve productivity or
streamline processes.
Ensure the integrity and security of business data, working with the IT team to manage data backup and recovery processes.
Liaise with external IT service providers or software vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
Develop and maintain regular reports on system performance, downtime, user satisfaction, and IT support ticket metrics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Passion and enthusiasm for the technology industry and our part within it.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.

Optional Skills:

Exposure to fintech / eCommerce domain or ERP.
Exposure to BI reporting tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Methodology Certification, CBAP, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
