Responsibilities:

Business analysts are essential for their analytical skills, interpreting data-focused strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and value across processes, services, and products.
Embracing emerging trends, such as advanced analytics, Domain integration, Agile methodologies, and customer-centric analysis, is vital for business analysts to stay relevant and effective in an evolving business landscape.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Passion and enthusiasm for the technology industry and our part within it.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset and ability to find non-standard solutions.
Ability to translate technical language into business language and vice versa.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile.

Optional Skills:

Exposure to fintech / eCommerce domain or ERP.
Exposure to BI reporting tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Methodology Certification, CBAP, etc.) are desirable but not essential.
