Digital Skills Support - Immediate Start
Sevenoaks District
Part-time 2 – 4 sessions per week (each 4 hours)
£12 per hour plus local travelling expenses
As part of Compaid’s dedicated and enthusiastic Outreach team we have a new and exciting opportunity to support digital skills in the Sevenoaks District.
Working independently you will support individuals on a one to one basis, with all aspects of basic digital skills including accessing the internet, on-line job searching, Microsoft Office, social media and on-line interviews.
The aim is to help individuals to gain in confidence and ability
The successful candidate must
• Be able to communicate well with people of all ages
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, setting up emails, use of apps, internet searching and basic digital skills
Use of vehicle is essential; Travel up to 20 mile radius for remote training sessions will be reimbursed
Full induction and training will be provided, and benefits include four weeks holiday pay (pro rata), and a Government approved NEST pension scheme is available to all employees.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check is required (arranged by Compaid).
