Crynodeb
Our client, a National FM Service Provider are currently on the search for a Fileroom Floor Captain (Postroom/ Reprographics Assistant) to work on a high end contract based in Hanover Square, Central London. The role will be a key cog in the 5* Service Delivery across the state of the art office building.
• Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our client's
teams ensuring a 5-star service is experienced by all.
• Work with the Facilities Coordinator to ensure that the operations of the contract are
provided to an exceptional service.
• Build positive working relationships at all levels with colleagues and clients and be
always visible and available.
• Ownership of the File/Post room email inbox - Replying to requests for
Printing/Mail/Couriers/Stationery
• Undertaking print and copy finishing jobs to a high standard, ensuring timely delivery
of client requests.
• Oversee reproduction tasks, including formatting, proofing, and editing. Perform
binding, laminating, and finishing tasks to prepare documents for presentations and
meetings.
• Ensure that all finished products are professionally presented and meet office
standards.
• Sorting / delivery / collection of incoming, outgoing, and internal mail to/from the
correct locations. Ensuring all mail is delivered by COB each day.
• Booking of same day, UK overnight and international courier jobs as per client
instructions.
• Monitor print hubs, MFD's, general office stationery and general cleanliness. Re-stock and clean where appropriate.
The Ideal candidate will be an experienced Postroom or Repographics Assistant with experience of delivering a high standard of service within a corporate environment. Due to the nature of the role, you will have strong communication skills and be well practiced in office services.
The role will be Monday-Friday 8-5 and our client is offering a salary of £33,000 per annum plus other benefits such as:
