Responsibilities:
As an Warehouse Trainer, you will:
- Train warehouse employees on how to use manual scanners and handheld devices
- Teach the process of scanning items and adding them to the system accurately
- Instruct employees on picking and packing procedures
- Provide training on shipping orders and preparing them for dispatch
- Develop and implement effective training programs for warehouse staff
- Evaluate and track employee performance during training sessions
