We have an exciting opportunity for an Assessor to join our Early Years team.
Loughborough College has a thriving Early Years department, and we are looking for someone with an Assessor Qualification to support our full time learners to successfully complete their work placement.
Hours for this role can be flexible between 8:30 – 5pm for this role.
You will support a diverse group of learners to successfully complete their course and achieve a relevant qualification. This will be done in a variety of ways including;
Observing and Assessing learners in the workplace and in college.
Assessing practical and written work produced by learners.
Providing feedback to learners to support them to achieve to the best of their ability.
An Assessor Qualification is essential to this post and we're looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in Early years and experience of delivering to students.
You will have high expectations of learners and the ability to support and develop their skills in working with children. You will visit and observe learners in their practice and support them in preparing evidence for their qualification.
