Crynodeb
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Projects Coordinator to support the team responsible for delivering the Education Reform programme, in the main areas of AHP in NHS England.
The post holder will work with other members in the team and wider directorate to ensure their workstreams and programmes are planned and managed effectively. The role will be key in assisting delivery of the programme’s objectives and mandated obligations.
Duties will include:
· Providing admin support to the programme.
· Regularly liaising with and negotiating with senior stakeholders and their offices on difficult and controversial issues.
· Tracking all project plans and actions across the team, highlighting potential risks and delays in delivery.
· Co-ordinating internal and external meetings for the team including calendar invites, agendas, papers and minutes.
· Providing and receiving complex, sensitive and often contentious information.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
