We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Bootcamp Mentor. As a provider of intensive 12–16-week bootcamp courses aimed at up-skilling individuals for Digital and Data-specific roles, we are looking for a candidate who can play a crucial role in supporting learners throughout their educational journey and into industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the Programme Leads, Work Based Tutors, recruitment specialists, and other team members to ensure the success, progress, and well-being of our learners.
To be suitable for this role the applicant must be a motivated, positive person with the drive to maintain our high standards. You will be responsible for a caseload of bootcamp learners in their learning journey and assessment to maintain and detail accurate records as they progress through their chosen bootcamp. You will also work as part of the work-based learning team within the Digital and Data team to support staff to provide the best experience for our learners.
