Requirements for the role:
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare or above
- Proven experience working as a Support Worker in a Children's Residential setting
- In-depth knowledge of therapeutic interventions and regulatory standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and dedication to promoting a secure environment for young individuals.
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting and empowering young individuals.
