We have a great opportunity to join our friendly team here at Boston Guildhall in the area of Museums, Leisure and Culture!



Do you want to help promote the history and heritage of the town of Boston?

At the Boston Guildhall, we are committed to providing a high standard of customer care. The Tourism and Visitor Assistant will be at the front and centre of the Guildhall and will help assist with the day to day delivery as a visitor attraction. We are looking for someone who puts customer service at the forefront of everything they do.



You will be a part of a small and dedicated team, supporting operational opening and being the front of house welcome for this unique historic site. Dealing with retail sales and also supporting the preparation and delivery of the site for private and in-house events/hire, and support weddings is also a key part.



The Assistant is also responsible for assisting with historic building’s behind the scenes housekeeping and supporting and assisting in collection care and management activities with the help and guidance of the supportive team.



The Guildhall has been an essential part of Boston’s history since the 1390’s and has a fascinating story to tell. Add your voice to that story and become part of the history of this unique building as it enters another exciting phase!
