Summary

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and talented graduate with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to dive into both front-end and back-end development across various applications and technologies.
Location: The role is primarily office based at our HQ in Penzance. After the first 6 months some remote working is available by agreement. The company operates remote working support systems as many of its staff are located elsewhere in the country but in the first year the level of training and interaction with more senior developers is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using React, JavaScript, PHP, Python, and Drupal.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Utilise AI tools to enhance learning and development processes.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in React, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
Basic knowledge and experience with SQL and database operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with Drupal (training will be provided).
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in software development.
Familiarity with AWS
