Summary
Job Summary: As a Salaried GP, you will provide comprehensive medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including consultations, diagnosis, and treatment. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring continuity of care and effective management of chronic conditions. Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the development of practice policies and procedures. Engage in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Collaborate with colleagues and external healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for patients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols and data protection regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the NHS Performers List. MRCGP or equivalent qualification. Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient-centred care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.
