Crynodeb

The post holder will deputise to the Head of Blended Learning and support the Blended Learning Project Manager to ensure that a portfolio of high-profile blended learning programmes within NHS England are delivered and promoted effectively. The post holder will work collaboratively with key stakeholders including local and central government, regulators, regional NHS teams, Arms Length Bodies, Education Providers, and other key partners to provide assurance, guidance, and leadership. The post holder will lead the delivery of key national priorities within agreed timescales, cost and quality specifications. Delivery of these objectives will require the post-holder to: influence planning, commissioning and commercial contract management of high quality, fully integrated blended learning programmes lead / chair relevant internal / external working groups, stakeholder meetings, events, and projects establish and maintain strong and constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver the NHS England Long Term Workforce Plan (LTWP) and other strategic ambitions challenge the status quo through promoting the benefits of research and innovation to support the growth of a qualitatively different, expert and professional workforce suited to the demands of care and service both now and in the future lead the production of a series of business communication products that improve staff knowledge, awareness and engagement of NHS Englands Blended Learning mandate We offer a generous benefits package which you can learn more about in the attached document
