HMP Thameside is a local category B resettlement prison in the Thamesmead area of the Royal Borough of Greenwich, South-East London. As the Workforce Manager you will be pivotal in ensuring the workforce is dynamic, agile and up to date with all aspects of mandatory training. Within this role you will supervise and manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment activity, working patterns, annual leave, sickness and attendance monitoring. This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm. You will receive an annual salary up to £38,000 per annum - depending on experience.
