Summary
1. Plan, manage, and oversee logistics, supply chain, and procurement operations for multiple events across the UK.
2. Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management of event equipment and supplies.
3. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
4. Develop contingency plans and ensure risk management for all logistical aspects of events.
5. Liaise with internal departments, venues, and clients to align logistics with event schedules.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Lead and manage logistics teams and temporary staff during event setup and breakdown.
8. Working with procurement managers and customers on product selection.
