Summary

Our client, one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK are seeking a Helpdesk/System Administrator to join the team at Bodmin hospital.

The role:

£13 an hour

Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Office based at Bodmin Hospital
Temp to perm contract
Paid weekly and accrue holiday pay

Key respnsibilities:

The role is solely dedicated to Concept Evolution System, therefore experience and understanding of this software is absolutely essential

Or some previous experience in Facilities Management is essential

Working with relevant team members to liaise with engineers to ensure work within the hospital is carried out and logged quickly and accurately

Ensuring information is recorded and logged accurately

Successful candidates must be confident and efficient, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

An ability to hit the ground running is crucial – knowledge of the internal software is absolutely crucial

Key experience :

Administrator that has worked with CBRE, CORMAC Facilities Management, Cornwall Council Property Services, MITIE FM for example .
Facilities management experience is key for success in this role
