Summary
Our client, one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK are seeking a Helpdesk/System Administrator to join the team at Bodmin hospital.
The role:
• £13 an hour
• Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
• Office based at Bodmin Hospital
• Temp to perm contract
• Paid weekly and accrue holiday pay
Key respnsibilities:
• The role is solely dedicated to Concept Evolution System, therefore experience and understanding of this software is absolutely essential
• Or some previous experience in Facilities Management is essential
• Working with relevant team members to liaise with engineers to ensure work within the hospital is carried out and logged quickly and accurately
• Ensuring information is recorded and logged accurately
• Successful candidates must be confident and efficient, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
• An ability to hit the ground running is crucial – knowledge of the internal software is absolutely crucial
Key experience :
• Administrator that has worked with CBRE, CORMAC Facilities Management, Cornwall Council Property Services, MITIE FM for example .
• Facilities management experience is key for success in this role
