We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join an award-winning and dynamic Capital Projects Team who will oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of a wide range of capital projects. The post holder will work across the Trust, taking on responsibility for complex capital and infrastructure projects, alongside smaller charitably funded works.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and advise wider Estates & Capital Development Team (including DECD, DDECD, HEP, HEM) in line with Trust governing objectives and wider best practices, to achieve long-term, best value, quality service provision, which anticipates and satisfies its customers' needs, and is for the benefit of patients, staff and clinical service delivery.
• Take predominant responsibility for the development of project construction, coordination, management, maintenance and compliance strategies and logistics solutions for projects up to c.£25 million. Ensuring key project objectives are achieved in terms of specific performance, time, cost and quality.
• Take the lead in liaison and communicating with a range of individuals key to both the project and wider hospital to ensure information is shared and acted on efficiently.
• Manage and inspire in-house staff and a professional network of consultants, suppliers, and contractors, to improve value and outcomes and optimise overall performance and delivery.
• Ensure documentation is in place both for project/programme management and also for risk/insurance compliance.

In addition to leading and developing internal colleagues, you will also have the ability to manage relationships with the Trust's external professional consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
