Programme Support Administrator
Academic Administration and Support
Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £23,737 per annum
We are: looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Support Administrator to join the Academic Administration and Support team to support Programmes in our School of Drama, Dance, Production and Film.
Why we are unique: we are the only Conservatoire in the UK that offers training in all of the performance disciplines and, as you’d maybe expect, we demand the same high standard from our staff as we do of our students.
You are: someone who won’t be fazed by a demanding, intense and passionate environment. The key to this role is prioritising and managing competing demands – you have to be accurate as errors can have significant consequences on the student experience.
You must have: proven administrative experience in a busy and complex administrative environment. Being able to communicate well with staff, students and the public alike is essential, and you will thrive on the challenge of picking up new systems and working very quickly, as we’ll need you to be able to pitch in from day one. While not essential, previous experience of working within a performing arts environment would be beneficial but equally we value new thinking, fresh approaches and innovative ways of doing things.
Closing date for applications: 13th of October 2024
