Crynodeb
The HR specialist will cover all aspects of Human Resources and cover for the Payroll Administrator when required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing new starter packs, time sheets, court orders
- Processing worked hours using the attendance system, processing leaver forms
- First point of contact on all HR queries, resolving general queries from employees & management
- Managing the staff portal HR database
- Working alongside the HR Consultant re administrating probationary period reviews, written warnings, dismissals, welfare meetings, medical capability process.
- Processing DBS requests
- Managing holiday and absence management
- Processing ECS checks and management of right to work expiries
What you'll need to succeed
- Good experience of HR administration
- Payroll processing experience
- Hardworking, productive, works well under pressure, reliable, supportive
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Integrity & trust
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Strong organisational skills
- Procedure driven
