Summary


Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Trials Administrator at the Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit (CCTU) which provides support for Clinical studies within the Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre from concept and set up to end of trial.

You will be expected to develop strong relationships with Clinical Trials Coordinators and members of research teams and assist by providing general administrative support.

Experience of working in a busy office with good organisational and communication skills are essential for this role. Ability to use own initiative and work independently whilst supporting trial teams will also be required. Knowledge of working in the NHS and/or Clinical trials would be advantageous.





To assist the clinical trials teams by providing general administrative support and carry out a range of complex administrative tasks specific to Clinical trials activities.

Main duties of the role will include providing full administrative support to trial teams including diary management, coordinating and arranging meetings and taking minutes.

The post holder will receive, track, check and generate queries on clinical trial data/samples as well as sending out trials information and setting up appointments. The post holder will be responsible for the maintenance of trial master files and associated documentation.

Maintain TMF and site files as necessary.
