Crynodeb
We are a Market Research company that conducts telephone based "mystery shopping" phone calls to tyre retailers/ garages throughout the UK to measure the quality of Assistants telephone customer service skills.
Acting as a Customer, you call using pre-set scenarios and our in-house system. Calls are scored based upon observational measures. You don't have to sell anything or follow a pre-determined script. Simply be yourself and mark the Centre as if you were calling for yourself.
20-24 hours a week and days that can be agreed based upon your own requirements/ home planning etc.
