The Governors are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (qualified to Level 3) to support KS1 children
andnbsp;
We are looking for someone who:
holds a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistant qualification
is an outstanding, committed practitioner with high expectations for all children
is proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning in KS1, particularly phonics
has knowledge and experience of delivering high quality phonics/early reading sessions that enable children to make good progress
has a good understanding of the need for strategies to motivate and inspire all children to make good progress, particularly those in vulnerable groups
will be an effective communicator and be keen to work in collaboration with colleagues
will be flexible and resourceful whilst always putting the needs of the children first
will be able to use their own initiative and work independently
will have a commitment to their own professional development.
will be prepared to be involved in the wider life of the school.andnbsp;
