We are looking to recruit a dedicated and customer focused individual with experience of working with the public and holds a full driving licence. They will join our existing team of Civil Enforcement Officers that operate in:
The Borough of Basildon - Based at Barleylands Depot, Billericay, CM11 2UF;
The Borough of Brentwood - Based at Brentwood Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood; or
The Borough of Chelmsford - Based at the Civic Centre Offices, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE
Working together with the existing team of Civil Enforcement Officers, day to day activities will include patrolling parking areas to ensure the safe and free flow of traffic. This being achieved by working with, and providing information to, members of the public about parking and other related issues, along with the issuing of penalty change notices where appropriate. This job must be achieved using a calm, tactful and professional approach with discretion and education at the heart of what we do.
