We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are delighted to be continuing our relationship with an incredible regional health care charity that provides support for patients, and their families, in their community. This amazing institution offers free of charge care that is available to people of any and all backgrounds, and is now looking for a Supporter CRM & Data Manager to join their close-knit team.
This is a great time to join the charity, as the Director of Fundraising is building a team of superstars to take fundraising to new levels, and you could be one of them!
The charity strives to be data-driven in all they do, so as Supporter CRM & Data Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the impact of the charity! Working closely with the Fundraising Leadership Team, you’ll provide data and process-related support to enable the teams to continue providing world-class fundraising, marketing, and stewardship.
You’ll be supported by two Supporter Data Officers, as well as a team of highly-trained volunteers, so the ability to lead and inspire others will be a crucial element of the role of Supporter CRM & Data Manager.
We’re looking for a highly organised and precise CRM and data professional, with an eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. You will also need to be a strong communicator, able to work well across multiple teams, often with differing needs and timescales.
The role of Supporter CRM & Data Manager is pivotal in ensuring the charity delivers on its commitment to supporter care, as well as its regulatory responsibilities and compliance. You will be playing an essential part in the capability of the charity to deliver its front-line services, making this a hugely rewarding and critical role.

Salary – Up to Circa £38,500
Duties will include:
• Managing the data needs of the charity, providing insight and solutions for the various teams in the organisation
• Managing the charity’s CRM system, including database configuration, training, and data quality standards, to support fundraising and marketing activities
• Leading on reporting and insight, providing data analysis to inform decision-making
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and review hospice-wide data systems
• Line managing and developing the Supporter Data Team
The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven experience in CRM database management, data analysis, and GDPR
• Be able to confidently segment, analyse, process, and interpret data sets
• Have Strong financial management skills, both operationally and strategically
• Be a confident communicator, able to provide data insights to a range of stakeholders
• Have a robust understanding of regulatory and compliance practices surrounding data protection
