The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of consultancy services in the education and real estate sectors, with a demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to strategic planning.

Main duties include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand MMH TRADERS LTD’s market presence in the education and real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the senior management to develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote MMH TRADERS LTD’s services and expand professional networks.

Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the consultancy services in education and real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
