Crynodeb
1. Assisting the Facilities and Contracts Manager in the management of the hard and soft facilities contracts across the Non PFI Trust Estate managing suppliers to ensure delivery & quality are all to an acceptable standard. 2. Auditing the overall performance of the Service Provider against stipulated KPIs and reporting to senior management on any variances to service delivery specifications poor performance, actions being taken to resolve issues and ensure performance is as per output specifications.3. Assist in the management of external trades persons delivering work on the sites.4. The post holder will be part of the day-to-day interface between the Trust Facilities Team and the Service Provider and will develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including building users, the Service Provider and their contractors.5. Be part of the day-to-day point of contact for all queries relating for Hard or Soft FM for offsite properties.
