Salary: £60,000 Per Annum Excellent PRP + Monthly Car Allowance
We are currently partnering with a respected care organisation seeking a dynamic Commissioning Lead to take charge of launching their new care homes across the UK.
This is a pivotal role for someone with proven expertise in care home commissioning and operations, ready to lead from the front and ensure every new home opens on time, fully compliant, and with a strong market presence.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for driving the entire commissioning process—from initial planning through to steady-state operation. Your focus will be on operational readiness, recruitment and training of key staff, embedding an inclusive culture, and delivering outstanding care from day one.
You will report directly to the Co-Chief Operating Officer and have significant responsibility for budget management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
What They’re Looking For:
Demonstrable experience in successfully commissioning new care services or homes
Strong operational management background within care or healthcare environments
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams
Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality care standards
Financially astute with experience managing budgets and business performance
Outstanding communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders
Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationally
