Summary
A law firm with offices in Windsor and Virginia Water are looking for a residential conveyancing locum to help out starting as soon as you are able until the end of November 2024. You need to have a minimum of 4 years' PQE for this one and be capable of running your own caseload which will include lease extensions, new builds, freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Previous Leap Management system experience would be an advantage and some paralegal assistance will be provided.
Remote/hybrid working is not available for this one so you will need to be able to attend the firm's offices in either Windsor or Virginia Water on a daily basis. On-site parking is available.
