Crynodeb
Service Care Solutions is recruiting an experienced Damp Surveyor for a client in Greenwich.
You'll conduct property surveys, diagnose condensation and damp issues, and recommend remedial actions.
This is a full time, temporary role offering £38 to £42 per hour Umbrella LTD (£30.30 to £33.40 per hour PAYE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose damp, condensation, and mould issues and their impact on tenants.
- Understand building structures and specify remedial works.
- Use diagnostic equipment and seasonal monitoring.
- Produce drawings, floor plans, and specifications for improvement works.
- Supervise work completion, ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
- Manage external resources and respond to complaints or feedback.
Requirements:
- Experienced in damp diagnosis and building faults.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and resolve issues.
- Good communication and project management skills.
