Part Time Operations Administrator
£ 11,904.00 per annum (pro rata)
Average 20 hours per week – Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Part-Time Operations Administrator based at our Birmingham Distribution Centre.
The Position: The role encompasses a wide brief of administration duties. Therefore, you will be involved in a multitude of tasks which will include, but are not limited to:
• Management of the day-to-day general administration for the site.
• Cash handling and maintenance of the cash record system for the depot.
• Manning the Call & Collect Trade Counter.
• Up-selling to customers who use the Call & Collect Trade Counter.
• Ensuring that invoices and all other paperwork are dealt with correctly.
• Booking on and off of stock following company procedures.
• Ensuring paperwork is up to date with regard to credits, goods requiring disposal etc.
• Taking booking in calls from suppliers, ensuring timing constraints are considered
The Person
• Organised individual who pays attention to detail
• Good IT knowledge, especially in MS Excel and be able to pick up new systems easily
• Previous experience of cash handling would be an advantage.
• A personable individual, with excellent communication skills across multiple levels of the business
