Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operative roles for our fantastic client based in Worcester. Our client are currently experiencing a huge ramp up in sales and are looking to recruit dedicated team members to develop within the company at this exciting time!
Manufacturing Operative Job Description -
- Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts
- Using small precision hand tools such as files to shape the products to specification.
- A lot of aspects of metal work working to spec
- Must be able to work towards targets.
- Full training is provided.
Hours of work for this role are:
Monday - Thursday 07:45-16:30
Friday 07:30-13:30
The pay rate for this Manufacturing Operative is:
£11.59 ph for all basic hours
Overtime after 37.5 hours is paid at £15.45
Saturdays paid at £17.89
Sundays paid at £23.18
Please note overtime is available for all staff
