**Location:** Droitwich
**Pay Rate:** £15.35 per hour
**Shifts:** Rotating Double Days
Early Shift: Mon - Thurs 5:45am - 1:45pm Fri 5:45am - 11:45am
Late Shift: Mon - Thurs 2:00pm - 10:00pm Fri 12:00pm - 7:05pm

Are you ready to get hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth industry? We're looking for a **Shell Room Operative** to join our team in Droitwich!
As a Shell Room Operative, you will work within the manufacturing or foundry industry, operating specialist equipment to build and prepare metal parts using the shell molding process.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Operating high-pressure blasting equipment to prepare metal components
Removing surface imperfections to ensure a flawless finish
Operating machinery and equipment for the shell molding process
Preparing molds and ensuring high-quality shell structures are produced
Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality
Following strict quality control and safety procedures
Working with precision to meet production standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Collaborating with team leaders and other departments to meet production targets
**What Were Looking For:**
Physically fit this is an active, hands-on role
Attention to detail ensuring high-quality results
Strong work ethic reliability and willingness to learn
Experience in grit/shot blasting is a plus, but full training is provided
Experience in manufacturing, foundry, or a similar environment preferred
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
Team player with a proactive attitude
