Crynodeb
The Accessible Homes team provide a comprehensive service in respect of home adaptations for homeowners, housing association tenants, private tenants and licensees who are seeking a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG). You will be supporting the team in all aspects of processing DFGs and being the initial main point of contact for service users and outside agencies so strong communication skills are key!
What you will be doing:
Receiving telephone, email and personal enquiries
Inputting data and maintaining computer systems.
Assessing applicant’s financial resources using means-testing software (FERRET)
Assisting applicants with the completion of application forms
Ensure cases are managed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining/ the upkeep of accurate records.
Previous administration experience is advantageous.
