Summary
CSP Recruitment are offering a great opportunity to be a Team Leader Assistant at a fruit supplier based in Spalding (PE11 postcode).
The roles are on a temp to perm basis and for the right candidates, will lead to a permanent position after a 3 month trial period.
The shift pattern is a continental 2-2-3 day shift of 12 hours 8am to 8pm, and the hourly rate is £12.87ph, overtime pay is £16.09ph.
As the Team Leader Assistant, you will provide guidance and give direction to your team to ensure that all duties are done.
No experience is required, however if you have worked in a similar position within a Food environment, that would be beneficial.
You must have clear communication skills (written and verbal) as you will need to give instructions.
